New programs – 60 to 75 days.
Repeat Orders – 45 to 60 days .
Year Around Programs – 30 to 60 days.

We optimize lead times by either stocking yarn, grey fabric or dyed fabric when sales projections are given.

Yarn Dyed Programs – 90 days .
All above Lead Times are for Ex-Factory .

We maintain ready fabrics through out the year for very short / repeat delivery's for orders as well as samples.

Knitting

Auto stripes – upto 10 colour - Jacquard Design.
Waffle, Thermal /Mini Waffle.
All the above fabrics can be done with / with out Elastane.

Our daily production capacity is 5 tons of grey fabric.

We have a very efficient chest printing machine which can do 12 colour, also AOP rotary printing machine up to 16 colour’s.
As well as we do digital placement and fabric AOP printing on 100% cotton, poly cotton and other..

Garment Dyeing / Washing Unit

We do various garment washes such as silicon, bio /enzyme, stone, vintage, marble, acid spray, golf ball, tie & dye, dip dye, cold pigment dyeing and other special wash as requested..

Cutting, Stitching and Packing Division

We do various garment washes such as silicon, bio /enzyme, stone, vintage, marble, acid spray, golf ball, tie & dye, dip dye, cold pigment dyeing and other special wash as requested.
All our garments are 100% checked before packing, we use needle detectors for checking the safety.
Quality audit is carried out at all stages right from yarn, fabric, cutting, at initial, mid and final stages of production.
Final Inspection is carried out by our QC team before the shipment is handed over to the forwarder.

Environment – Water Recycling

Our fabric dyeing unit has RO technology for recycling the water and salt used in dyeing.
Our Dyeing unit is approved by our government pollution board.
